We will not increase our price to you without giving prior notice.

If you contact us to place an order and our prices have increased (without us having notified you), we will charge that order at the old price and advise that new pricing will apply only to subsequent orders.

If you want to change an order that has already been placed you can only do so up to 7 days after your initial order.

After that any additional order will be treated as a new separate order and be priced accordingly.

Please note that if you add to an exisitng order, it could add 1-2 weeks to the delivery time.

Shirts
Short and long sleeve shirts can be combined for pricing purposes.

Jackets
Elastic waist and drawstring waist can be combined for pricing purposes.

Special alterations to our standard sleeve or body lengths incur a surcharge of $5.00 per garment. Please note this could add 1-2 weeks to delivery time of entire order.

For items made at the U-Design Factory

Less than 10 per order     up to 10 weeks
10 or More per order        aproximately 5-7 weeks

Sublimation does not se pre-dyed material - but is printed separately.

So Sublimation Colour Printing is a bit like a cooking recipe - the outcome can vary slightly, even though we use the same ingredients.
Colours can vary slightly from the chosen colour and between different orders. This is not normally significantly noticeable.
